What people say

From the teams already on Stack.

Six teams. Six different replacements. The pattern: one bill, fewer windows, work that ships faster than it used to.

Killed our Slack bill, Asana bill, and Loom bill the same Monday. Onboarded the team in 20 minutes — same words for chat, same drag-and-drop for the board, same one-click record. Saved us $640 a month.

I run a one-person consultancy. I was paying for Calendly, Harvest, Loom, and Notion separately — about $52/month. Stack covers all four for $20. The math sells itself.

SpeakBar is the only dictation tool that hasn't gone back in the trash within a week. It pastes into any Mac app — Slack, Gmail, our internal CRM — and the cleaned-up output is usable as-is.

Sent a Stack Timekeeper invoice on Friday afternoon. Client paid it via Stripe Checkout before I left for the weekend. Used to take a week of email back-and-forth with QuickBooks.

The roadmap convinced me. They said apps would land one a month, no upsells, and the next one would be Stack Chat. It landed when they said it would, with the features they said.

I expected each app to be a watered-down version. Stack Slate is unironically the fastest notes app I've used — captures with one keystroke, searches OCR across attachments. The bundle is the trojan horse; the apps are real.

FAQ

Reasonable questions.

The honest answers. No marketing weasel.

We're capping the founder cohort at 50 people. If you're one of them and you refer a friend who starts a trial, your $20/month drops to $0/month for life — every app you already get, plus every app we ship later. No expirations, no downgrades, no fine print. Spots tick down as people claim them.
Connect the source app once with a read-only OAuth token (or a single export file for Evernote). We pull projects + sections + tasks + assignees + custom fields (Asana), channels + DMs + threads + reactions (Slack), or notebooks + notes + attachments + OCR text (Evernote). Source app keeps running — we don't delete anything on their side. Revoke the token whenever.
Not everything — the core of each category. If your team lives inside a single tool's advanced features, we're probably not the right fit. For most people, the basics are what they actually use, and that's what we build.
It shows up in your dashboard. Your $20/mo doesn't change. We pay for growth out of the bundle — that's the whole deal. Eight apps are live today; Ask and Deals are next.
14 days, every live app, no credit card. After that it's $20/month — or $0/month for the founder cohort if you've referred a friend. We send a one-line reminder before the trial ends; no surprise charge.
Stack SpeakBar is available à la carte today; the rest are bundle-only for now. The economics only work because you take the whole stack — but you can cancel any time.
Every app supports a full export of your data on the way out — Markdown for Slate, CSV for Momentum and Stack Timekeeper, JSON dumps for Chat and Sync. No hostage policy, no "downgrade to a read-only tier" trick.
